Officially (CHRB): “Fractured right front ankle; per recommendation from the attending veterinarian, the horse was humanely euthanized.” Uncontainable was four and under the whip for the 11th time. He is the second horse killed in a race at Santa Anita in as many days, and 8th fatality statewide since January 1. Nothing has changed. And nothing will.

So the question for Governor Newsom, for Senator Feinstein, for Senator Harris, for each and every member of the California Legislature, for PETA and other advocacy groups working for reform, and for the good citizens of the state of California: How many more?   1. We have a billboard going up soon in Los Angeles, and also a little Trick in store for the little punk Frankie Stronach. Frankie is NOT going to be very comfy once the entire caper is played out on him.
